Phil Baker

Phil Baker is a seasoned professional in the property and construction consultancy field, currently serving as a Partner at Ridge and Partners LLP since September 2012. With a strong foundation established at Ramboll, where Phil was a Founding Director of the Bristol Building Services Group from May 2008 to October 2012, and previous roles at WSP Global, Hoare Lea, and Roberts & Partners, Phil brings extensive experience across various market sectors. Phil holds a BEng (Hons) degree in Building Services Engineering from London South Bank University.
