Michael Cox

Michael Cox is the IT Manager at RIDGE CARE. Michael has over ten years of experience in the IT field.

Michael started their career in the US Army where they served as an IT Help Desk/Support Specialist. After their time in the Army, they worked as an IT Support Specialist for Efriendly before taking a position as MIS Technician with the Housing Authority of the City of Winston-Salem. In their current role, Michael is responsible for managing the IT needs of RIDGE CARE.

Michael Cox attended ECPI University where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Network/Cyber Security with a focus in Network and System Administration/Administrator. Michael also earned a certification in Project Management from ECPI University.

Michael Cox reports to Jeff Dickerson, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Jonathan Riddle - Director of Design & Advertising, Darrell Dunlap - Director of Environmental Services, and Sharon Bailey - Director of Resident Care Services Coastal.
