Ridge Vineyards
Chuck O'Connor started their work experience in 2001 as the Director of IT at Ridge Vineyards Inc. Chuck then took on the role of Instructor at Mission College, starting in June 2001 and continuing until June 2013.
Chuck O'Connor attended Louisiana State University from 1984 to 1986, but did not earn a degree or specialize in any field of study during this period. Later, from 1988 to 1991, they attended San Jose State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
Ridge Vineyards
For the past 50 years, Ridge has championed a pre-industrial approach to single-vineyard winemaking, searching California for those rare vineyards where climate, soil, and varietal are ideally matched. Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon account for most of the production; syrah, grenache, and carignane constitute the balance. Known primarily for its red wines, Ridge has also made limited amounts of chardonnay since 1962.
