Heidi Nigen

Heidi Nigen serves as the Director of Supply Chain & Logistics at Ridge Vineyards since December 2001, overseeing winery safety, compliance, as well as sustainability and carbon reduction initiatives, while collaborating on budgeting and planning with the Head Winemaker and COO. Nigen has held various roles within Ridge Vineyards, including serving on the Leadership Team and as the Director of Marketing, where responsibilities encompassed brand strategy development, business unit budgeting, and cross-functional team collaboration. Prior to Ridge Vineyards, Nigen worked as a Marketing Manager for Gap Inc./Gap Inc. Direct from June 1998 to November 2001, focusing on the marketing and merchandising for the launch of oldnavy.com. Nigen holds an MBA in Marketing from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business and a BA in Anthropology & Foreign Studies from the University of Minnesota.
