Nitesh Lohar has a strong background in data analytics and data science. Nitesh co-founded and established Ridgeant Technologies in 2016, a firm specializing in providing actionable insights to businesses through data analysis. In this role, they led teams of analysts and data scientists to oversee data science projects across various domains. Nitesh utilized their expertise in data warehousing, data modeling, data architecture, business intelligence, and data integration to deliver impactful results for clients. Prior to Ridgeant Technologies, Nitesh worked at SPEC INDIA, where they held various roles such as Senior Software Engineer, Associate Technical Leader, and Software Engineer. During their time at SPEC INDIA, they worked closely with business users and analysts to gather requirements and develop custom ETL solutions. Before that, Nitesh worked as a self-employed Data Warehouse Consultant, where they built data warehouses and developed technical design documents for various projects.

Nitesh Lohar completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Information Technology from Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University in 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Information Technology from the same university. Nitesh also obtained several certifications, including Snowflake Sales Professional Accreditation, SnowPro Core Certification, Pentaho Data Integration Certification, and Oracle Certified SQL Expert.
