Adam Avitabile

Adam Avitabile has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Adam began their career in 2002 in the hospitality industry at Bohlsen Restaurant Group. From 2004 to 2008, Adam served in the US Marine Corps, where they gained leadership and recruiting experience. Adam then transitioned to Palm Beach Tan, a tanning salon chain, where they served as a Talent Acquisition/Recruiting & Operations Leader, focusing on training and development. In 2012, Adam joined MassMutual, where they worked in HR Group Benefits & Insurance and Wealth Management. Following this, they worked at Best Buy as a Sales Team Leader, specializing in B2B, technology, mobile, and hardware sales. In 2014, Adam joined Precision Tune Auto Care as the Director of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition, focusing on employee development and fostering a positive work environment. Adam then moved to Caliburn International in 2016 as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Social Media Manager, working with government agencies and commercial clients. Currently, Adam is working at Ridgeline International, Inc. as the Principal Technical Recruiting Lead, contributing to the US national security mission.

Adam Avitabile obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Strayer University. In addition to their degree, they have also received several certifications. These certifications include the SourceCon Academy certification from SourceCon, which they obtained in August 2021. Adam also completed the Tech Sourcing Certification Course from AmazingHiring Global in June 2020. Adam Avitabile has also obtained the SHRM - Veterans at Work certification from the SHRM Foundation in March 2019.
