Erik Wittreich is the CEO of Ridgeline International. Erik has over fifteen years of experience in leadership roles with a focus on strategy, operations, and risk management.
Erik began their career as a Green Beret in the United States Army. Erik led a combat assault force in high-stress, high-threat environments for six years. After their time in the Army, Erik worked as a senior consultant for Deloitte Consulting. There they developed and grew a service offering focused on global risk management and analytics. In 2010, Erik transitioned to CENTRA Technology, Inc. as their senior project manager of operations. Erik founded Hinted in 2014, where they served as the company's CEO until 2016.
Erik is a veteran leader with a proven track record in building and scaling organizations. Erik is passionate about developing people and teams and is committed to creating an inclusive culture where everyone can do their best work.
Erik Wittreich has a master's in management from the graduate school of business at Stanford University, where they were also a Sloan Fellow. Erik has a certificate in financial management from Cornell University, and a B.S. in business economics from Miami University.
