Director Of Training Delivery at Ridgeline International

Paul Gripka's work experience includes serving as the Chief of Operations TAS at Ridgeline International, Inc. since 2022. Prior to that, they owned and managed Mountain View Farm Flint Hill, where they focused on raising grass-fed Black Angus cattle using regenerative agriculture techniques. Paul also provided a peaceful and educational environment for service members and their families to learn about farm life. Before their career in farming, Paul served in the United States Army Special Operations Command for many years, achieving the rank of Sergeant Major. Their roles in the army included Battalion Command Sergeant Major, Battalion Operations Sergeant Major, Troop Sergeant Major, and Detachment Sergeant Major, among others. Paul also held positions as a Senior Technical Operations Specialist and a Junior Technical Operations Specialist.

Paul Gripka completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government at William & Mary from 1991 to 1997. In 1998 to 1999, they pursued Korean Language and Korean Studies at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center. In 2014 to 2016, Paul attended the Joint Special Operations University and the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy, where they completed courses in Joint Special Operations Forces Senior Enlisted Academy, Senior Enlisted Course, United States Army Sergeants Major Course, and Senior Enlisted Leaders Course. Additionally, Paul obtained several certifications, including Combatives LVL 1 & 2 from the US Army in 2018, Certified Skydiving Coach from the U.S. Parachute Association (USPA) in October 2012, USPA C License from the USPA in 2010, and an FCC Registered Amateur Radio License from the Federal Communications Commission in 2002.
