Sameer Farah, CPA, MBA

Sameer Farah, CPA, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies in different roles. Sameer started their career at Navigant Consulting as a Senior from 2005 to 2007, gaining knowledge in technical accounting policy and revenue recognition. Sameer then went on to work at Kroll as a Manager from 2007 to 2009, where they assisted in analyzing indirect cost allocation methods and assessing internal control procedures. From 2009 to 2012, Sameer was the Owner of Synergy Home Care, responsible for accounting and financial activities. Following that, they worked at CrossCountry Consulting as a Managing Consultant from 2012 to 2014, performing Sarbanes Oxley testing as part of an outsourced project team at a financial institution. Next, they joined Berkeley Research Group LLC as a Managing Consultant from 2014 to 2016, providing assistance to construction clients and conducting reviews for entertainment providers. Sameer then moved to IMA World Health, where they held roles as Manager of Accounting Operations from 2017 to 2018 and Senior Manager of Accounting Operations from 2018 to 2019. In these positions, they provided specialized accounting support and directed the activities of the accounting department. Currently, Sameer is working at Ridgeline International, Inc. as an Accounting Manager, and as of April 2022, they have been promoted to the role of Associate Director of Accounting.

Sameer Farah obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Lebanese American University, where they attended from 1994 to 1998. Sameer then pursued further education at The George Washington University School of Business, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Accounting & Finance from 1998 to 2000.

In addition, Sameer Farah obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Commonwealth of Virginia in February 2008.
