Duane Lo

Duane Lo has extensive experience in the finance and mining industries. Duane is currently an Independent Director for Avant Brands | TSX: AVNT, a role they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they were the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Ridgeline Minerals from 2020 to 2021, the Chief Financial Officer of Element 29 Resources Inc. from 2020 to 2021, the CEO and President of Kaman Capital Corp. from 2015 to 2017, the Chief Financial Officer of Mason Resources Corp. from 2017 to 2020, the Executive VP and CFO of Luna Gold from 2009 to 2017, the Controller of First Quantum Minerals from 2004 to 2009, and the Audit Senior of Deloitte Canada from 1999 to 2004. During their time at Luna Gold, they built and operated a gold mine in Brazil, which is currently owned and operated by Equinox Gold.

Duane Lo is a Chartered Accountant, having obtained their certification from the BC Institute of Chartered Accountants.
