Adam Fisher

Adam is a legacy member of the Ridgeline team and brings 10 years of telecom industry experience where he started as an OSP Engineer. His expertise spans the breadth and history of the company with routine and specific core, 5G and ODN networks; including but not limited to conduit designs, copper/fiber cable designs, BAU/FTTP fiber optic designs, and low/high bandwidth circuits. As a program manager, Adam is responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple projects directed toward strategic business to encompass new and enhanced technology; identification of potential crises and contingency plan management. In addition to his technical and engineering support of clients, his passion is in mentorship and training of new and existing employees to encourage best practices in alignment with company vision and objectives.
