Adriene Mashoian

Adriene Mashoian has over two decades of experience in various HR and IT roles. Adriene is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Ridgeline, a fintech startup. Previously, they held multiple leadership roles at Symantec, including Director of HRIS and Director of Talent Acquisition Operations. Adriene also worked at Siebel Systems as a Principal Analyst and at Gymboree as a Business Systems Analyst. Adriene has extensive experience in leading technology solutions for HR programs and managing global HR technology implementations. Adriene started their career at Oracle, where they held roles as a Senior HRMS Business Analyst and IT Analyst. Throughout their career, Adriene has demonstrated their expertise in driving innovative HR technology strategies and successfully managing complex projects.
