Susan Koo

Susan Koo is the VP of Product Engineering at Ridgeline. Susan has over 17 years of experience in the software industry. Susan started their career as an applications developer at Tenfold in 2000. Susan then became a senior developer at PCX Systems in 2002 and a project manager at Cogency Software in 2003. In 2005, they joined SS&C Advent as a senior application engineer. Over the next eight years, they held various positions at SS&C Advent, including director of application engineering and vice president. In February 2016, they joined Ridgeline as the VP of Engineering.

Susan Koo holds a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University. Susan is certified by the Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Susan is also certified by the CFA Institute as a Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM).

They are on a team with and Danny Johnson - Head of Products & Engineering. Susan Koo reports to Jon Ruggiero, CTO.
