Dhruv Patel

Dhruv Patel currently serves as the President and COO of Ridgemont Hospitality, a position held since November 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing operations, revenue, sales, HR, and corporate sustainability, as well as leading new acquisitions and developments. Prior to this, Dhruv worked as the Director of Operations at Balaji Hotels from May 2008 to November 2012, managing operations across multiple hospitality assets. Dhruv's career began at Marcus & Millichap as a Sales Assistant, focusing on hospitality assets from May 2007 to May 2008. Dhruv holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of San Francisco, earned between 2004 and 2008.
