Esteban Zamora Retana

Esteban Zamora Retana has a diverse work experience. Esteban started their career as an Assistant Swimming Instructor at Tecnológico de Costa Rica, where they provided support in swimming classes and conducted training sessions on basic swimming principles, technique improvement, aquatic rescue, and CPR protocol.

Esteban then worked as a Lead Operator at Vail Resorts, where they were responsible for overseeing the operations of chairlifts and ensuring the safety of customers. Esteban also handled daily mechanical and operational reports and coordinated lunch breaks for the operations team.

Esteban later joined Instituto de Fomento y Asesoria Municipal as an Intern. During this role, they assisted in developing a procedures manual for the Human Resources department and provided support in innovation and development activities for the institute.

Esteban then transitioned to NSF International, where they held multiple roles. Esteban started as a Business Development Analyst, contributing to the growth of the organization. Later, they became an Account Manager for Food Latam, managing accounts and fostering relationships with clients.

Currently, Esteban is working as an Office Manager at RidgeRun, where they are responsible for overseeing office operations.

Esteban Zamora Retana obtained a Bachelor's degree in Administration and Business Management from Tecnológico de Costa Rica between 2013 and 2018. Esteban then pursued further education and completed a Licentiate degree in Financial Administration from the same institution between 2019 and 2021.
