Mia Hayes

Mia Hayes is a tour guide at Ridgeview Wine Estate since April 2022. Prior to this role, Mia worked as a Judges Assistant at Decanter World Wine Awards from 2013 to August 2022 and as a Senior Wine Advisor at Direct Wines from June 2017 to January 2021. With a background in credit management and customer service, Mia has experience as a Customer Services & Collections Co-Ordinator at D & D Leasing UK Ltd, and as an Asset Management Supervisor at Syscap Ltd. Mia's diverse experience also includes roles such as Senior Wine Guide at Vinopolis, Customer Services Supervisor at Anglo Leasing, and Customer Services at Beneficial Bank plc. Mia holds a Diploma in Wine from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and a degree in Credit Management from the Institute of Credit Management.
