BJ McLaughlin

BJ joined Ridgeway Partners in 2013 and leads operational and administrative efforts in the US.

Previously, BJ was at Russell Reynolds Associates, where he assisted in the execution of senior level searches for the firm’s hedge fund practice. Concurrently, he served as the Information Services Coordinator and Technology Trainer for the Boston office. Prior to Russell Reynolds Associates, he held other administrative and project management roles at various firms including Shire HGT and Five Star Satellite, a cable/satellite installation company.

BJ graduated Magna Cum Laude from Emerson College with a BA in Broadcast Journalism.
