Graeme Ashworth has a diverse range of work experience in the digital industry. Graeme started their career as an Interaction Designer at DCA Design International in 1992. Graeme then worked as the Head of Studio & Development at Mouse Power Multimedia from 1994 to 1999. Following that, they were the Head of Digital at Symbiosis - Warwickshire from 1999 to 2003. Graeme then joined JJ Marketing as the Head & Director of Digital from 2003 to 2011. Graeme served as the Head of Operations at Room 58 from 2011 to 2013 and as a Digital UX Consultant at i2sync from 2011 to 2014. Currently, Graeme is the Head Of Partnerships at Ridgeway Digital, where they have been since 2014.

Graeme Ashworth completed their BA (Hons) in Furniture and Related Product Design at Ravensbourne University London from 1988 to 1991. Graeme then pursued a PgDip and MA in Design and Digital Media at Coventry University from 1991 to 1992. In the same year, they also attended the Design Academy Eindhoven in the Netherlands for Product Design. In addition to their formal education, Graeme has obtained certifications including Content modeling essentials and Content strategy 101 for partners from Kontent.ai. Graeme is also a Full Member of the Chartered Society of Designers (MCSD) obtained from the Chartered Society of Designers.
