Mark Pearce

Mark Pearce is an experienced Reservoir Engineering Manager at Ridgewood Energy since June 2018, responsible for evaluating exploration and development opportunities, including reserve analysis and optimization. Prior to this role, Mark spent over 16 years at BP, where significant contributions included leading a multidisciplinary team for the Atlantis field development in the Gulf of Mexico and overseeing numerous reservoir engineering projects ranging from production optimization to drilling campaign management. With a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University, Mark's expertise spans reservoir evaluation, production engineering, and project management in various high-profile oil fields.
