Dave Bailey

Dave Bailey is a seasoned educational leader currently serving as Principal at Ridgewood Public Schools since July 2020. Prior to this role, Dave held various positions at Ridgewood High School from 2010 to 2020, including Assistant Principal and Director of Guidance, and began the career as a School Counselor after working in Special Education at Ramapo Indian Hills Regional High School District from 2008 to 2010. Dave Bailey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Penn State University (2003-2007) and two Master's Degrees from Montclair State University: one in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services (2007-2010) and another in Educational Leadership and Administration (2014-2016).
