Prior to this role, Honor spent over thirteen years at AHRC New York City in various positions, including Recruitment Manager and HR Recruitment Professional for Educational Services, responsible for filling positions across multiple special education schools. Honor's earlier roles included Quality Assurance Specialist and Personnel Trainer within the organization. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts from The College of New Jersey and ongoing studies in Human Resource Management at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
