Valenciana Utari

Valenciana Utari has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2015, they participated in the J-1 Visa Exchange program at Hyatt Regency Orlando, where they completed a hotel management rotation program. The following year, they joined Grand Hyatt as part of their Corporate Leadership Program in Hotel Management. In 2017, they worked as a Revenue Analyst at Sofitel. In 2019, Valenciana served as an MBA Project Consultant at Samsung Card and later took on the role of Southeast Asia Market Research Analyst at Shifts.Asia Investment. Valenciana'smost recent position was at QANDA (Mathpresso), where they worked as a Product Operations Manager from April 2020 to December 2022. Valenciana's achievements at QANDA include optimizing the app's cost-efficiency and pricing plans, improving user experience, organizing localized events, managing cross-functional teams, and executing successful marketing campaigns. Valenciana also mentored new team members and facilitated their smooth onboarding. Currently, Valenciana is employed as the Manta Title Operations Manager at RIDI, starting in January 2023.

Valenciana Utari completed their Bachelor of Arts Honors (BA Hons) in International Hospitality Management from the Swiss Hotel Management School between 2011 and 2015. Later, from 2018 to 2020, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance at SKK GSB Sungkyunkwan University. In terms of additional certifications, Valenciana obtained the following: "Business Strategy" and "Corporate Strategy" from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign through Coursera in November 2022, "Foundations of Project Management" from Google Career Certificates in November 2022, "Pricing Strategy Explained" from LinkedIn in August 2022, and "Data Visualization: Best Practices" from LinkedIn in July 2019.
