Ridocu

Expats and refugees often face significant difficulties communicating with official institutions (immigration services, social services, banks, medical and educational institutions, etc.). One of the reasons for these types of difficulties is, in particular, the German law that most government and non-government institutions are required to communicate with residents through the “old but good" paper correspondence, in other words, by sending letters printed on paper and sent by mail (although electronic correspondence only slightly eases the life of recipients who do not speak the language of the receiving country). The main purpose of Ridocu as a company is to facilitate communication and correspondence management for expats and refugees who have, frequent communication with officials or other authorities whose language of communication is not the native one of the users. Moreover, even sufficient language speaking is not always a guarantee of full-fledged communication with the government or any other institutions mentioned above. Ridocu offers a solution to a significant portion of these problems through a mobile application based on a unique, company-developed, GPT-based Artificial Intelligence technology, allowing users to photograph the letter or, in the case of electronic correspondence, simply upload a PDF, text, or other files; after processing the photo of the letter or uploaded file, the system will do the rest.
