David Whitesell

David Whitesell is an experienced Project Manager at Rieck Services, involved in the management of government mechanical construction projects with budgets ranging from $1,000 to $10,000,000 since June 2006. Responsibilities include forecasting, scheduling, mechanical estimating, proposals, scope development, contracting, and purchasing of equipment and materials. Additionally, David served as a General Foreman and Estimator, overseeing skilled trades and subcontractors, and has been a Contract Manager at Rieck Construction, LLC since August 2016. David holds an Associate's degree in Pipefitting/Pipefitter and Sprinkler Fitter from Sinclair Community College, where attendance spanned from 1994 to 1999, and completed high school education at Northmont High School between 1984 and 1988.
