Brian Walsh

Brian Walsh is the current Director of Acquisitions at Riedman Companies. Prior to joining Riedman, Brian was the Market Director of operations for 500 single family rental properties with an estimated value of $50 million for Broadstone Real Estate, LLC. Brian has also worked as a Leasing Manager for First Allied Corporation, where they were responsible for overseeing the ongoing performance of all commercial tenants and the extensions /dispositions of all triple net leases for a private landlord of approximately six million square feet of retail real estate. Brian began their career in the mortgage industry as a Mortgage Loan Officer for M&T Bank.

Brian Walsh reports to David Riedman, President. Brian Walsh works with Ken Hall - Chief Financial Officer, Timothy P. Foster - Vice President of Property Management, and Jay Benesh - General Manager.
