Gary Izzo

Gary Izzo is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Finance and Capital Markets at Riedman Companies since July 2023. Previously, Gary held the position of Director of Finance at Konar Properties from February 2002 to February 2023, where responsibilities included managing a privately held asset portfolio of real estate holdings and stock investments, negotiating transaction terms with financial institutions, and overseeing all financial operations of the company while interacting with tax, legal, insurance, and assessment professionals. Gary Izzo earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University between 1984 and 1988.
