Cara Bauer

Cara Bauer, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources management, beginning with a foundational role at Huntington Laboratories, Inc. as a Trade Show Coordinator/Administrative Assistant. Over the years, Cara progressed through various HR positions, including roles as Human Resources Generalist and Manager at Hayes Lemmerz International, DuCharme, McMillen & Associates, and Ash Brokerage. Cara has been with Rieke since June 2018, serving in progressively responsible HR roles. Educationally, Cara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Indiana Institute of Technology. Areas of expertise include employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, and organizational development.
