Estela Prado, SHRM-CP, PHR, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Rieke since October 2018, Estela leads initiatives in Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability, along with employee relations and engagement strategies. Prior to this role, Estela held the position of HR Manager at Filtration Group from October 2000 to September 2018, and served as the Assistant HR Director at California Human Development from 1989 to 2000. Estela holds an AA Degree in Human Resources from Santa Rosa Junior College.
