Daniel Eberhard

Daniel Eberhard is an experienced finance executive currently serving as SVP, Deputy CFO, and Head of Group Accounting & Controlling at Rieter since July 2021. Previously, Eberhard was COO and Senior Head of Accounting at VFS Global Investments Ltd, where responsibilities included overseeing Swiss holding companies, managing consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS, and ensuring compliance with internal control systems. Eberhard also held significant roles at Kuoni Group as SVP, Head of Group Controlling, and at Sulzer Group in various capacities, including VP, Head of Group Accounting and Reporting. Early career experience includes a managerial position at Ernst & Young Switzerland. Eberhard holds a Swiss CPA from the Akademie für Wirtschaftsprüfung and a Lic. Oec. Publ in Applied Economics from the University of Zurich.
