Juergen Kaestle

Juergen Kaestle currently serves as Head of Supply Chain and Operations at Rieter, beginning in April 2023, and also holds the title of Senior Vice President for Product Cost Management & Industrialization within RMS. Previously, Juergen Kaestle was Senior Vice President Supply Chain at Schindler Group and CSCO/SVP Supply Chain North America at Schindler Elevator Corporation, where responsibilities included P&L management for multiple sites, logistics, and indirect spend, along with active participation in the executive committee. Juergen Kaestle's extensive experience at Schindler Group also encompassed leading global initiatives in cost and quality leadership and managing significant production operations. Earlier career roles included Managing Director of EBI Works at Schindler Aufzüge AG and Technical Director at Schindler France, among other positions at Schindler Group and a role as Mechanical Designer and Project Manager at Porsche AG. Juergen Kaestle holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences and completed a SKU Management Program in Switzerland.
