Julien Bechler

Julien Bechler is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Regional Head Export & Trade Finance at Rieter since January 2023. Previously, Julien held the position of Executive Director - Structurer at Sber Trading Swiss AG, where a notable accomplishment included the successful restructuring of a USD 3bn+ portfolio in under a month. Julien's career spans various roles in credit and structured finance, including Director at Gazprombank (Switzerland) Ltd and Senior Credit Manager at Sberbank (Switzerland) AG. At The Royal Bank of Scotland, Julien managed large corporate clients and contributed to risk management and credit analysis. Julien's earlier experience includes roles at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. in both business risk management and corporate finance. Julien holds master’s degrees in Banking, Corporate Finance, and Financial Engineering from the University of St.Gallen and KEDGE Business School, respectively.
