Kaustav Sil

Kaustav Sil serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Rieter since June 2024, overseeing the Finance function for the Indian legal entity and other direct businesses in India. Previously, Kaustav held the role of CFO and Director at Sandvik Mining & Rock Technology India Pvt Ltd from December 2013 to May 2024, managing the Finance function across multiple production and R&D units.
