Martin Voelkl

Martin Voelkl is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Rieter, overseeing global HR for all Components Rieter sites since January 2021. Voelkl has a strong background in human resources, having served as HR Director for both Germany and Spindelfabrik Suessen GmbH since January 2019. Previous experience includes roles at tool24 gmbh and Audi Japan KK, where Voelkl managed comprehensive HR functions for the Japan and APAC region, earning Top Employer Certification for Audi Japan in 2017. Additional relevant experience encompasses positions at Audi Retail GmbH and AUDI AG, focusing on recruitment, personnel development, and policy establishment. Voelkl holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Sociology from the University of Konstanz.
