Michael Cherba

Michael Cherba is an experienced attorney currently working at Riezman Berger, P.C. since December 2019, following a prior position as an attorney at Danna McKitrick, P.C. from March 2016 to December 2019. Before that, Michael served as Assistant Attorney General for the State of Missouri from August 2007 to March 2016, where responsibilities included representing the state and consumers in circuit court and enforcing the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act. Earlier legal experiences include roles as a law clerk at the Missouri Attorney General's Office and Paule, Camazine & Blumenthal, PC, where important tasks involved research and preparation of legal documents. Michael's career began in various administrative roles, including serving as an assistant in the lobbying firm Cassidy & Associates and as a staff assistant in The Clinton White House. Michael holds a Juris Doctor degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and a BA in Political Science from Michigan State University.
