Currently serving as Co-Founder at Rifa AI since October 2023, Parambir focuses on automating workflows for businesses using AI agents to significantly reduce back office costs. Previous roles include Product Manager at Fitmint and Senior Analyst at Bain & Company, where Parambir delivered impactful projects, including optimizing pricing strategies and contributing to social impact initiatives. As part of the founding team at CRED, Parambir played a key role in monetizing insurance products, and earlier entrepreneurial efforts led to the development of an innovative virtual case interview platform. Parambir's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and a minor in Finance from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani - Goa Campus.
