Liz Blakemore

Liz Blakemore is a versatile professional with extensive experience in dance instruction, wellness coaching, and office management. Currently, Liz serves as the Owner of Roots and a Wellness Coach for Herbalife Nutrition while simultaneously managing roles as an Office Manager for Rifenburg Construction, Inc. and a Dance Instructor at 7 Dance Centre. Liz has also contributed to various capacities in the dance community and educational settings, including serving as a Preschool Teacher at Our Playhouse Preschool and managing dance programs at multiple studios. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance from East Carolina University, Liz combines creative passion with business acumen gained through previous roles, including a lengthy tenure as a consultant with Rodan + Fields.
