Jess Montejano

Jess Montejano is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public affairs and political consulting. As President of Riff City Strategies since August 2018, Jess has held significant leadership roles, previously serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior experience includes a tenure as Senior Advisor to Mayor Mark Farrell in San Francisco, where Jess directed key legislative and communications strategies on a range of projects, managed the city budget negotiations, and led successful ballot measure campaigns. Earlier career roles include consulting and account management in public affairs and campaign management, as well as internships with the United States Senate and Marriage Equality USA. Jess holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Legal Studies from the University of San Francisco.
