Kevin Smyth has worked in the marketing and operations industries since 2004. Kevin began their career at Kao Brands as an Assistant Brand Manager for Ban, where they were given full responsibility of the brand's business and managed the budget, P&L, and marketing objectives and plans. In 2007, Smyth joined tbd advertising as an Account Manager, Brand Strategist, and Equity Portfolio Manager, working with industries such as real estate, resort, craft beer, coffee, toys, motorcycles, digital research, banking, broadband, television, and phone. In 2016, Smyth became the Director of Marketing at Cascade Sotheby's International Realty, where they were responsible for a team of four marketing managers and led broker training, social media, blog content, website content, broker advertising, farm and ranch division support, events, brand advertising, and customized broker marketing solutions. In 2017, Smyth co-founded Riff Cold-Brewed Coffee, where they served as the Director of Insights and Head of Operations and Finance. Kevin also served as a Brand and Marketing Consultant for Crunchy Peanut Butter in 2017.
Kevin Smyth earned an MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business in 2004, with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Kevin also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Miami University, with a focus on Organizational Behavior Studies.
