Jeffrey Mondoro is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in design, facilitation, and operational management. As the Founder and Lead Designer at Riff Consulting since April 2019, Jeffrey has focused on creating innovative solutions. At Performance of a Lifetime, notable achievements include spearheading the design and delivery of learning solutions for Fortune 100 companies, overseeing a globally impactful leadership program for 2,000 leaders, and partnering with developers to enhance productivity metrics. Jeffrey also has a strong background in arts education through work with CO/LAB Theater Group, and operational expertise from roles at United Wind, The Peoples Improv Theater, and Ernst & Young, where skills in financial modeling and valuation were honed. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from The College of New Jersey.
