Riffs offers high quality yoga classes for every level of student in two locations, Ocean Beach and Bird Rock, San Diego. We have the most experienced teachers in the city and offer a wide range of styles to suite the various needs of our students. Several classes are accompanied by sound healing instruments or a live musician. We offer both indoor and outdoor classes at our beautiful locations, promising to deliver the perfect experience, whether it is your first ever yoga class or you have a well developed practice. We also offer a wide range of personal healing services including massage, sound healing, reiki, private yoga, and corporate yoga services.
