Redmond O'Shea

Red O'Shea has a diverse work experience in the recruitment and search industry. In 2006, they began their career as a Consultant/Manager/Director at Executive Search, where they gained valuable experience and learned from industry leaders. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Director at Lansdowne Infrastructure, specializing in finding design, engineering, and project delivery professionals for infrastructure projects. In 2021, they founded RIFORMA collective, a recruitment company with a social enterprise model that contributes a portion of revenue to local community initiatives. Currently, Red O'Shea serves as a Director at GTP [Green Transition Partners], a purpose-driven search and selection firm focused on connecting exceptional talent with organizations leading the way in sustainability.

Red O'Shea obtained a B.A. in History and Politics from University College Dublin during the years 2002 to 2005.
