Elina Salava

Elina Salava has been a Member of the Supervisory Board at Riga Airport since 2018. Prior to that, they served as a Supervisory Board Member for SAKRET Baltic from December 2013 to January 2018, where they supported management in review of operational processes leading for increased profitability and improved working capital for Baltic operations in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. From June 2010 to July 2013, Ms. Salava served as the CFO for SIA Rīgas ūdens, during which time they re-designed budget and performance analyses processes and was actively involved in the development of the company's long-term business plan - investment plans, tarriffs policy, finance structure, long-term financial projections and finance plan. Elina also led the restructuring of organisation and tasks in Client service department and Finance department, as well as the implementation of billing and financial systems. Furthermore, Ms. Salava has been a Supervisory Board Member for Sportland International Group AS since April 2010 and Managing Director and Founder of Recolo Ltd. since 2011. In addition, they served on the Restructuring team for State Development Financial Institution JSC from March 2014 to April 2015.

Elina Salava is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Latvia.
