Ugis Koops

Ugis Koops is an experienced Information Technology professional with a robust background in project management and systems analysis. Currently serving as an Information Technology Project Manager at Riga International Airport since August 2019, Ugis has previously held roles such as System Analyst at The State Border Guard and IT Services Manager at LVRTC. Ugis's career spans various organizations, including leading roles at the Office for Prevention of Laundering of Proceeds from Crime and the Bank of Latvia, where responsibilities included IT budget planning, system design, and development. Ugis possesses a Master's degree in Information Technology from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte, earned between 1988 and 1993.
