Ieva Felmena

Ieva Felman is a Senior Startup Ecosystem Manager at Riga Investment & Tourism Agency, working to improve Riga's startup ecosystem. Ieva is also a Project Manager at Latvian Startup Association Startin.LV and the Head of Baltic and CEE investments at Felman Family Office. In addition, Ieva is the CEO and Founder of Insiders Network, Ambassador for PIRATE Summit, and has held various roles in community and partnership management in the tech and startup industry. Ieva holds a Bachelor's degree in Art and History of Art education and a Certificate in Women's Entrepreneurship from Cornell University.
