Paul Edmiston

Paul Edmiston is currently the SR VP Administration & CFO (RAH) at Rigaku. Prior to this, they were the VP & CFO at X-Interchange, Inc. from April 2004 to May 2005. Paul was hand-selected by the President/Founder to design the corporate structure and establish various administrative functions including accounting, finance, risk management, and human resources. Paul also served as back office stability within the startup operation.

A couple highlights of their accomplishments as Corporate Controller, Treasurer & Secretary were spearheading the development of monthly financial reporting packages, focusing on Operations and Cash utilization for investors and Board of Directors that aided in business decision-making processes, and playing a strategic role in negotiating project contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Before X-Interchange, Inc., they were the Corporate Controller at Striker Industries, Inc. from January 1995 to December 1999, and before that they were the Assistant Controller at SSI from January 1993 to December 1995.

Paul Edmiston received a BBA in Accounting from the University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business. Paul then went on to earn a business degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
