Janice James has extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as a Sales Representative at RE/MAX Escarpment Realty Inc Brokerage since 2007, specializing in residential and condominium re-sale properties in the Ancaster, Dundas, Hamilton, Waterdown, Flamborough, and Stoney Creek areas. A consistent top performer, Janice has been a member of the 100% Club since their first full year with RE/MAX and previously ranked in the top 5 salespeople at Judy Marsales Real Estate Ltd., Brokerage from 1989 to 2007, where their expertise also included training new realtors. Janice began their career as an Executive Assistant at Hamilton Municipal Employees Credit Union from 1983 to 1989, contributing to management and engaging in public speaking initiatives. Janice’s educational background includes attending Barton Secondary High School and Mohawk College in Hamilton, Ontario.
