Nilesh Kasbe

Nilesh Kasbe has an extensive work experience in the media and entertainment industry. Nilesh currently holds the position of Project Head at Right Click Media Digital Solutions since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Promo lead at Pocket FM from 2021 to 2022.

From 2015 to 2021, Nilesh worked at Siddhivinayak Productions as the Creative Group Head and Supervising Producer. Nilesh was responsible for overseeing the creative aspects of productions.

Before that, they held the role of Creative Head at Atl Entertainment from 2014 to 2015. Here, they were involved in the ideation and design of shows, building story and content, and selecting actors and staff.

Furthermore, Nilesh worked as a Creative Head at Tell A Tale Productions in 2014, providing creative inputs for story screenplay and set designs.

In their early career, they served as a Creative Head at Keylight Productions from 2013 to 2014 and as an Associate Creative Head at Optimystix Entertainment India Pvt Ltd. in 2012 and 2013.

Nilesh has also worked as an Executive Producer at Saam TV from 2011 to 2012, where they worked on a marathi reality game show, and at Harsh Creations from 2009 to 2011, focusing on show ideation, story development, and team coordination.

Nilesh Kasbe obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai, where they studied from 2002 to 2005.
