Maureen Shea began their work experience in 1981 as the Past President of the Human Resource Association of Broward County (HRABC). In 1986, they joined Right Management-Florida/Caribbean as the Chief Financial Officer & EVP. After almost three decades in that position, they transitioned to the role of CEO in 2014, leading the organization's outplacement and organizational consulting services. Throughout their career, they have prioritized aligning talent strategy with business strategy and has been instrumental in growing talent, reducing costs, and accelerating performance for clients.
Maureen Shea holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kean University. Maureen also completed a program at The American College of Financial Services, where they earned the credentials of Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant, specializing in Finance, General.
