Ryan Shea has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Ryan began their career at Regions Bank in 2006, where they worked as a Credit Underwriter and Portfolio Manager until 2009. From there, they moved on to Right Management-Florida/Caribbean, where they held various roles, including Sales Associate, VP of Business Development and Account Manager, EVP of Sales and Operations, and eventually became the President of FL/Caribbean. Recently, in 2022, they founded their own company called The Executive Bridge.
