Ali Kansou

Ali Kansou has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality and tourism industry. Ali has held various roles in renowned companies and has expertise in revenue management, business development, and hotel technology solutions.

Ali started their career in 2005 at Booking.com, where they served as a Senior Account Manager for the GCC & Middle East markets. Ali later transitioned to the role of Senior Account Manager for Hotels France & North Africa in the Paris office.

In 2011, Ali joined Cleartrip.com as the General Manager of the Hotels Department, where they contributed to the company's success in the hospitality industry.

In 2013, they founded eMarketkeys - Hospitality Solutions, a Dubai-based company specializing in Revenue Management and Online Distribution Systems for Hotels. As the Founder & Managing Director, they provided innovative tools and partnerships to help hotels achieve higher results.

Ali then worked at Jaz Hotels, Resorts & Cruises as the Group Director of Revenue & Distribution from 2015 to 2016, where they played a key role in enhancing revenue and distribution strategies.

Ali subsequently joined eRevMax as the Regional Director of Connectivity & Business Intelligence for the MEA region in 2016. At eRevMax, they contributed to changing the landscape of hotel inventory distribution worldwide through the company's suite of products.

From 2017 to 2018, Ali served as the Area Manager GCC & Levant at Expedia Group, where they managed the company's operations in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and Levant regions.

Afterwards, they worked at Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts as the Cluster Revenue and Reservations Manager from 2018 to 2021, overseeing revenue and reservations for multiple properties.

In 2022, Ali joined Right Revenue as part of the International Business Development team, focusing on expanding the company's presence globally.

Currently, they hold the position of Regional Sales Director (MENA) at Quicktext, a role they started in August 2022.

Ali also recently started working at Revaite Global FZ LLC as a Hotel Technology Advisor, helping independent hotels and regional chains in the Middle East and North Africa stay competitive through innovative hotel technology solutions.

Ali Kansou began their education in 1996 at the Glion Institute of Higher Education, where they pursued an Associate's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management. Ali successfully completed their studies in 1999. In addition to their degree, Ali Kansou obtained several certifications throughout their career. In January 2003, they acquired the Holidex certification, however, no institution is listed. Later, in December 2014, they obtained the Synxis certification from the Sabre Corporation. Furthermore, they also earned the Concerto certification from IHG Hotels & Resorts. The specific month and year of obtaining the Concerto certification are not provided.
